Injector inspection

(1) Check the fuel injection pressure. If the fuel injection pressure does not meet the standard, it will seriously affect the power and economy of the diesel engine. If the fuel injection pressure is too low, the speed, range, and spray cone angle of the sprayed oil beam will be reduced, which will make the diesel atomization poor and cause oil dripping. At the same time, it will also cause the timing of fuel injection to advance, and the end of fuel injection to be delayed, which will increase the fuel injection volume. This will cause incomplete combustion, black smoke and carbon deposits in the exhaust, and the fuel injector will be seized. Conversely, if the fuel injection pressure is too high, the leakage of diesel oil will increase, the duration of fuel injection will be shortened, the fuel injection volume will be reduced and the diesel engine will work rough. At the same time, the fuel injector and other related parts will be aggravated. The fuel injection pressure inspection of the fuel injector can be carried out on the diesel engine. Connect a three-way joint to the oil outlet pipe of the high-pressure oil pump, and connect the other two ends to the standard injector (the same model as the injector to be tested, and the injection pressure is the standard value) and the injector to be tested. Rotate the diesel engine and supply fuel with the high-pressure oil pump. If the two fuel injectors spray fuel at the same time and the spray quality is the same, the tested fuel injector is qualified. If the tested injector injects oil first, it means that the injection pressure is low, then tighten the pressure regulating nut until the two injectors inject oil at the same time.
