The main reasons for the drop in spurting pressure are as follows:
(1) The injector spring bears a lot of alternating load, easy to produce permanent deformation, stiffness and elasticity decline, spring under alternating load is also easy to produce fatigue damage, spring break failure is more frequent;
(2) Due to the wear of the needle, the needle valve body, the pressure rod, the spring, the gasket and the adjusting plug, the preload of the spring is reduced;
(3) The fuel injector adjusting plug is loose.
Therefore, the test of injection pressure is an important part of diesel engine condition monitoring.
The vibration signal of high pressure tubing of diesel engine can reflect the working condition of fuel injector, and its vibration characteristics are the embodiment of fuel injection pressure characteristics. By extracting the vibration characteristic value, the injector starting pressure can be detected, which is beneficial to realize the non disassembly detection and fault diagnosis of the fuel injection system.
The size and uniformity of nozzle orifice flow have important influence on diesel engine performance. Domestic diesel engines mostly use four or five hole hole nozzle. The processing precision of the nozzle is required to be high, the processing is difficult, and the deviation is easy to occur in the production process. The domestic nozzle is often found in the use of the same model, the same batch of even parts, not only the total flow is different, but also the flow of each nozzle is different, resulting in the installed performance of the nozzle is obviously different. The results show that the structural parameters of the nozzle affect the flow characteristics of each nozzle. At present, there is only the total flow test equipment of the nozzle in China, and there is no test bed for the flow detection of each nozzle orifice. Moreover, there are still more difficulties in the measurement of the flow of each nozzle orifice. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the flow detection equipment for each orifice of the nozzle, not only to study the structural parameters of the nozzle, but also to study the influence of the diesel engine performance, as well as to the production and detection of the nozzle.
