    INJECTOR TIPS

    1. injector dripping oil

    When the injector is working, the sealing cone surface of the needle valve body is frequently impacted by the needle valve, coupled with the continuous injection of high-pressure oil flow from this place, the cone surface will appear scratches and spots, gradually lose the sealing, and start to drip oil When the machine temperature is low, the exhaust pipe will come out, puffs of white smoke. After the machine temperature rises, it turns into black smoke, and sometimes the exhaust pipe will emit irregular blasting sounds. If the oil supply to the cylinder is stopped, the sound of smoke exhaust and blasting will disappear. Dip a little chromium oxide fine grinding paste on the needle valve head (be careful not to stick it in the needle valve hole) to grind the tapered surface. Finally, wash it thoroughly in diesel oil, and put it into the fuel injector. If the test is still unqualified, you should replace the needle valve assembly.

    2. stitches killed

    Moisture or acidic substances in diesel will cause the needle valve to rust or get stuck. In addition, the sealing cone of the needle valve will be damaged. The combustible gas in the cylinder will also enter and form carbon deposits, which will cause the needle valve to be stuck, the fuel injector cannot inject fuel, and the cylinder will stop working. Heat the needle valve parts in waste engine oil until it boils and emits black smoke, then clamp the tail end of the needle valve body with a soft cloth with pliers and slowly move it out, and then dip it in clean engine oil to keep the needle valve in the needle valve body Grind repeatedly until the needle valve can be slowly withdrawn from the needle valve body when the needle valve coupler is turned upside down. If the fuel injector fails to pass the test, the needle valve coupling should be replaced.
