It is required that the injection pressure difference of each cylinder of the same machine must be less than 1MPa.
In order to ensure that the diesel injected into the cylinder by the injector can be completely combusted in time, the oil supply time of the oil pump must be checked regularly. If the fuel supply time is too early, the vehicle will have trouble starting and cylinder knocking; if the fuel supply time is too late, it will cause black smoke from the exhaust, excessive engine temperature, and increased fuel consumption.
The matching accuracy of the needle valve couple of the fuel injector is extremely high, and the diameter of the nozzle hole is very small, so the clean diesel oil of the specified brand must be selected strictly according to the seasonal changes, otherwise the fuel injector will not work normally.
When cleaning the needle valve coupling of the injector, do not collide with other hard objects, and do not drop it on the ground to avoid scratches. When replacing the needle valve coupler of the fuel injector, put the new coupler into 80C hot diesel oil for about 10 seconds, let the anti-rust oil fully dissolve, and then move the needle valve back and forth in the valve body in the clean diesel oil, thoroughly Clean it so as to avoid sticking to the needle valve due to the melting of the anti-rust oil when the injector is working.
