    Three things we need to know to keep the nozzle injector in good condition

     

    1 Clean the fuel filter and fuel tank regularly. If the diesel filter element is not cleaned and replaced regularly, and the diesel tank is cleaned, the fuel supply system will be blocked, resulting in insufficient fuel supply. At the same time, the fuel injection pump and the precision parts of the fuel injector will be more worn due to unclean diesel. In general, the fuel filter should be cleaned every 100 hours and the fuel tank every 500 hours. When cleaning the fuel oil filter, if the filter element and sealing ring are found to be damaged, they should be replaced in time. When cleaning the fuel tank, the sludge and water at the bottom of the fuel tank should be completely removed.

    2Fuel storage should be sealed. If the fuel oil storage is poorly sealed, impurities such as dust, rust, and moisture will inevitably enter the fuel oil, and the fuel oil will be oxidized and gelled due to external factors. Various impurities and moisture enter the fuel supply system and the engine cylinder with the fuel, which will aggravate the wear of the fuel injector assembly and the cylinder, and cause early damage. The actual maintenance found that the wear of the precision coupling parts of the fuel system of the diesel engine is mainly caused by the hard abrasive particles contained in the diesel oil. Therefore, strengthening the storage and sealing of the fuel oil can greatly prolong the service life of the fuel injection coupling parts.

    3Do not use mixed oils. Remember to add engine oil, gasoline, alcohol, etc. to the diesel oil during use, otherwise the service life of the fuel injector will be reduced.
