3 Countermeasures and measures

With the development of the diesel engine to high speed and high performance, in order to improve the oil injection penetration and atomization quality, the pressure requirements of the injector are higher and higher, generally in 18.5M Pa, high opening pressure can reach 30 MPa, especially the pressure drop requirements are more and more strict. In view of these problems, we have taken many measures and achieved good results. The following are introduced
(1) Cooperate with professional spring factories to solve the spring fatigue problem: according to the high requirements of spring, through consultation with spring factories, imported steel wire (SwOS-V oil quenched alloy steel wire) is used from the material, basically solving the problem of fatigue fracture; From the process improvement, using winding, stress relief tempering, grinding, shot peening, heat setting, polishing and other technological processes, we pressed the finished spring to the height required in the product drawings, according to the inspection rules of German BOSCH company test, fatigue relaxation and load loss are less than 2%.
(2) Improve the machining accuracy of other parts: improve the hardness of the steel ball inside the jacking rod or change it into plane contact, improve the hardness, flatness and roughness of the contact plane of the flat gasket and pressure regulating screw (or screw sleeve), etc
(3) Improve assembly quality: strengthen the quality control of fuel injector assembly, especially the pressure reinspection after the locking nut of pressure adjustment. Due to the large thread clearance of domestic parts, the pressure reduction after locking is up to 0.5M Pa, which must be corrected by reinspection to achieve the accuracy of the pressure when leaving the factory
