This paper introduces an intelligent control needle valve for wellhead. The data of oil pressure, casing pressure, flow rate and cut-off valve status are analyzed and determined by intelligent wellhead management unit, and the wellhead data and valve position information are uploaded to the remote platform through the reserved communication interface of the controller. The needle valve not only solves the remote opening and closing operation of high-pressure gas Wells in gas fields, realizes the remote intelligent adjustment of valve opening, but also reduces the pipeline risk due to the failure to adjust the opening of the needle valve in time, achieves the purpose of safe production, and improves the automatic management level and management efficiency of gas fields.

Needle valve lift is an important parameter of diesel fuel system. Usually, the needle valve lift is measured and displayed by displacement sensor and display, and the pump end and nozzle end pressure and other parameters are measured at the same time, and the injection law is calculated, so as to comprehensively analyze the influence of needle valve lift on the performance of diesel engine. Since the above tests are generally not carried out in bench tests, the test results are indirect. This paper presents a method of adjusting the lift of needle valve directly in the bench test of diesel engine, so as to determine the appropriate lift parameters of a certain type of needle valve. This method has been applied in the experiment of matching 175 single cylinder diesel engine with injector in a factory, and the design parameters of injector are determined by bench test.
