Working principle of hydraulic oil pump
The constant pressure variable pump is composed of a plunger pump, a variable oil cylinder and a pressure regulating valve.
Before the constant pressure pump reaches the set pressure of the pressure regulating valve on the pump, the swash plate of the variable pump is at the maximum deflection angle, and the pump displacement is maximum and constant. In fact, the constant pressure variable pump is quite a quantitative pump at this stage.
After reaching the set pressure of the pressure regulating valve, the control oil enters the variable oil cylinder, and the variable oil cylinder pushes the swash plate to reduce the pump displacement.
In a constant pressure variable pump system, if there is a relief valve, the set pressure of the pressure regulating valve on the pump should be 0.5-1Mpa lower than the set pressure of the system relief valve. Otherwise, the pump pressure cannot reach the set value of the pressure regulating valve, and it cannot be variable.
