    Injector solenoid valve

    The injector solenoid valve is the core driving component of the electromagnetic injector. It controls the opening and closing of the valve core through electromagnetic force to achieve accurate fuel injection. It is the key actuator of the engine electronic control system and is widely used in gasoline engines, small and medium-power diesel engines, etc.

    Its core structure includes electromagnetic coil, armature, yoke, reset spring and insulating parts. The electromagnetic coil is wound with fine enameled copper wire, and generates a magnetic field when energized; the armature is a magnetic metal part, which is attracted by the magnetic field to drive the valve core to move; the yoke forms a closed magnetic circuit to enhance the magnetic field; the reset spring pushes the component to reset when the power is off; the insulating part prevents short circuit leakage.

    The working principle is divided into three stages: in the opening stage, the ECU signal energizes the coil, the electromagnetic force overcomes the resistance, and the valve core opens to spray fuel; in the holding stage, the coil is continuously energized to maintain the opening, and the current is reduced to prevent overheating; in the closing stage, the coil is de-energized, and the spring pushes the valve core to close and end the injection. The whole process is extremely short, and a single injection takes about 0.5-20ms.

    The core performance indicators include response speed, delay must be controlled within 0.3ms; electromagnetic force stability, error ≤5%; fatigue resistance, must withstand more than 10⁸ cycles; anti-interference ability must meet vehicle standards.

    Compared with piezoelectric, electromagnetic type has low cost and simple control, suitable for medium and low voltage scenarios, and is widely used in the field of small and medium power engines, and is developing towards high speed, miniaturization, and integration.
