    Maintenance and troubleshooting of fuel injector pumps

    Users should go to regular gas stations to add clean diesel fuel that meets the requirements. If it is caused by poor quality of the user’s oil
    failures such as corrosion of the piston, jamming of the ejector rod, and early wear of the check valve causing the oil transfer pump to not work are not covered by the three guarantees.

    If the oil pump fails to supply oil after being used for a period of time, there may be many reasons.
    The possible reasons and solutions for the oil pump not supplying oil are described below:

    1. Check whether there is air leakage at the joint of the oil pump inlet and outlet pipes. If air leaks, tighten according to the tightening force shown in the assembly diagram.
    Torque tighten the inlet and outlet oil pipe joints or replace the gasket.

    2. Check whether the check valve of the oil transfer pump has failed. The check valve is not seriously worn. Remove the dirt or

    Tighten the check valve nut to the specified tightening torque shown.

    3. Check whether the filter in the oil inlet pipe of the oil transfer pump is clogged. If clogged, clean the filter.

    4. If the parts inside the oil transfer pump are corroded due to oil quality, the assembly should be replaced.

    5. If the above method cannot eliminate the fault, check the performance of the hand pump. If it does not meet the requirements, replace the hand pump.

    During the above operations, it should also be noted that the gasket of the oil transfer pump is a wearing part and should not be heavy-duty in general.
    For repeated use, new parts should be replaced after each disassembly and assembly.
