    Optimization of injection pressure

    Assembly of injectors
    (1) Put the check valve steel ball into the top of the plunger sleeve. Be sure that all mating surfaces are partially clean and free of burrs or other imperfections that could result in incorrect flow or torque and should be ground and reconditioned.

    (2) Hold the plunger sleeve and make the ball of the check valve upward, put the threaded pin of the new injector body into the plunger sleeve (the straight pin is no longer used) and dip the injector plunger in the clean fuel injector into the injector test oil and install it on the injector body (without spring). Turn the fuel injector and plunger so that the plunger sleeve faces up, and put the nozzle head on the plunger sleeve.

    (3) Lubricate the contact surface of the nozzle head flange of the nozzle head tight cap with diesel engine lubricating oil, and install them on the injector body. Finger-tighten the injector tip caps, then loosen 1/4 turn.

    (4) Insert the injector into the dedicated jig. Insert the injector clip sleeve on the flat surface of the injector body. Put the injector cap wrench on the injector cap. Lubricate threads of studs and screws, tighten injectors. Remove the injector from the clamp, being careful not to let the injector tip hit the stud.

    (5) Remove the plunger from the injector body and lubricate the plunger with test oil. If the injector is a top stop type, the spring seat should be installed on the plunger. Install the springs on the plungers and insert them into the injector body Check the plunger leakage and the spray pattern of the injector tip on the tester
