    How to optimize fuel injection quantity

    The performance of a diesel engine depends largely on the performance of the fuel injector, and the fuel injector is the most important precision coupling in the fuel injector. Therefore, understanding the working performance of the fuel injector and mastering its damage form is one of the keys to using a good diesel engine. The fuel injector is subjected to mechanical, hydraulic and various corrosion wears during work, and these wears directly affect the working performance of the engine. Mainly manifested in the following aspects
    (1) The seal between the needle valve and the needle valve body is poor. This is because the needle valve reciprocates up and down in the needle valve body during the high-frequency impact movement, resulting in the formation of fine scratches and scratches on the sealing cone surface of the needle valve and the seat surface of the needle valve body
    The spots of metal fatigue and peeling lead to poor sealing of the valve surface, oil dripping from the fuel injector, black smoke from the diesel engine, carbon deposits and irregular knocking sounds.
    (2) The needle valve and the needle valve body are seized. This is due to the fact that the fuel is mixed with particles and impurities, which cause the wear of the coupling parts during the relative movement process, resulting in a drop in fuel injection pressure, poor atomization, insufficient combustion, and carbon deposits near the fuel injection nozzle, which gradually block the nozzle hole of the needle valve.  Finally, the even parts will be seized, resulting in loss of working performance, making the power of the diesel engine drop or difficult to start or even unable to start.
