High Quality Common Rail Diesel /Fuel Injector BOSCH Injector Nozzle DLLA150SN906
Why Injecrtor Nozzle Easily Blocked
The fuel injection nozzle is one of the important components of the EFI engine, and its working condition directly affects the performance of the engine. However, many car owners do not pay attention to the cleaning of the engine fuel nozzle, or think that the engine fuel injection nozzle needs to be cleaned after a long time, but they do not know that a slight blockage of the fuel injection nozzle will seriously affect the performance of the car.
The fuel injector is actually a precision solenoid valve. When the solenoid coil is energized, suction is generated, the needle valve is sucked up, the nozzle hole is opened, and the fuel is ejected at high speed through the annular gap between the shaft needle and the nozzle hole at the head of the needle valve, forming a mist, which is conducive to full combustion.
There are several reasons for clogged fuel injection nozzles:
1. The carbon deposits generated during engine combustion are deposited on the fuel injection nozzle or the impurities in the fuel block the passage of the fuel injection nozzle.
2. After the car drives a certain mileage, a certain deposit will also form in the fuel system.
3. The gum, impurities contained in gasoline itself or the dust and impurities brought by the storage and transportation process will also form sludge-like sediments in the gasoline tank, oil inlet pipeline and other parts.
4. Too much oil is added, from the piston ring channeling cylinder, attached to the fuel injection nozzle, after high temperature combustion to form carbon deposits.
5. The unstable components in gasoline will also undergo chemical reactions at a certain temperature to form gum and resin-like viscous, which will become hard carbon deposits when burned in the fuel injection nozzle, intake valve and other parts.
