The injector valve assembly has the following main functions:

Precise control of oil return: The valve assembly consists of a valve seat and a ball valve, and the clearance between the two is only 3 to 6 microns. During the operation of the injector, it can accurately control the oil return path and flow rate of the fuel. When the solenoid valve is triggered, the armature drives the ball valve to open the oil drain hole, and the fuel flows from the valve control chamber to the cavity above, and then returns to the fuel tank through the return oil pipeline, so that the pressure in the control chamber is reduced, creating conditions for the opening of the nozzle needle valve; when the solenoid valve is powered off, the force of the small spring causes the ball valve to close the oil drain hole, prevent the fuel from flowing back, and allow the fuel to enter the control chamber from the oil inlet hole to establish oil pressure, push the nozzle needle valve to close, and stop spraying. In this way, the valve assembly ensures the reasonable flow and distribution of fuel in the system, maintains the pressure stability of the injection system, and ensures the accuracy and stability of the entire injection process.

Control the injection time and duration: The working state of the valve assembly directly determines the injection time and duration of the injector. When fuel injection is required, the solenoid valve is energized, the valve assembly opens the oil drain channel, the pressure in the control chamber drops, the needle valve opens under the action of the fuel pressure, and fuel injection begins; when fuel injection ends, the solenoid valve is de-energized, the valve assembly closes the oil drain channel, the pressure in the control chamber rises, the needle valve closes under the action of the spring force and oil pressure, and fuel injection stops. Therefore, the valve assembly works in conjunction with the electromagnetic control system to accurately control the start time and duration of fuel injection according to the working conditions of the engine, so as to achieve accurate fuel injection and meet the fuel supply requirements of the engine under different working conditions.
