Preparation before operation
1. Safety protection: ensure the safety of the work area, wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles, etc..
2. Tool preparation: prepare the necessary tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, diesel fuel injector cleaning tools.
3. Disconnect the power supply: Make sure the power supply of the vehicle is disconnected to avoid the risk of electric shock.

Operation steps
1. Locate the diesel fuel injector: According to the vehicle model and engine structure, find the location of the diesel fuel injector. This usually involves removing part of the hood or related components.
2. Disconnect the diesel injector lines: Carefully disconnect the diesel injector from the fuel line, return line and electronic control unit. Take care to mark the location of the lines for subsequent installation.
3. Remove the diesel fuel injector: Using the appropriate tools, gently remove the diesel fuel injector. Make sure not to damage the diesel injector or surrounding components.
4. Inspect the diesel injectors: Check the injectors for damage, clogging or wear. If necessary, clean the injectors using a diesel injector cleaning tool.
5. Replace diesel fuel injectors: If diesel fuel injectors are damaged or beyond repair, replace them with diesel fuel injectors that match the vehicle model and engine.
6. Install diesel fuel injectors: Install the diesel fuel injectors in the reverse order of removal. Make sure all connections are secure and there are no leaks.
7. Check connections: Before starting the engine, check that all connections are secure and free of leaks. This can be done using a leak detector.
8. Start the engine: Under the condition of ensuring safety, start the engine and observe the operation of the diesel fuel injector. Check for abnormal sounds, vibrations or smoke.
