Before operation

2. Whether the hydraulic fuel injector pump body is filled with oil. Regenerated oil, waste oil or dirty oil cannot be used for the oil. The cleanliness of the oil must be ensured. There must be no iron filings and debris in the system pipelines, and there must be no water in the oil.

3. Check whether the steering of the hydraulic fuel injector pump is consistent with the inlet and outlet. Viewed from the shaft end, the clockwise direction is forward rotation, represented by R. Forward rotation can be omitted, and reverse rotation is L, which is displayed at the last position of the product label.

4. Check whether the safety valve of the hydraulic system is adjusted to the specified pressure value. Please refer to the label of the fuel injector pump for the pressure range.

Running

Do not start suddenly at full speed when starting. You should turn the prime mover switch several times in the system unloading state before continuous no-load operation. The purpose is to remove the air in the pipeline as cleanly as possible. After no-load operation for 1 to 2 minutes, there will be no abnormality. Gradually load. There should be no abnormal vibration, noise and leakage during the loading process. Otherwise, stop the machine immediately for inspection, analysis and troubleshooting.

After running

If the hydraulic fuel injector pump will not be used for a long time, the oil in the hydraulic fuel injector pump should be drained, and then filled with oil with a low acid value. The exposed processing surface should be coated with anti-rust oil, and each oil port should be sealed with a screw plug to prevent dirt from entering. From the above analysis, it can be seen that the service life of a hydraulic fuel injector pump is determined by the degree of damage and wear of its own internal parts. However, the degree of damage and wear of its internal parts is directly affected by the use of its external components. Therefore, the relevant external components of the hydraulic fuel injector pump should be reasonably selected and operated correctly.
