    When tightening the injector pressure plate, the two nuts should be tightened alternately in order to ensure that the injector body is aligned with the injector mounting hole. Note: Do not install the pressure plate backwards, and make the convex side of the pressure plate press against the injector body, so as not to cause the injector to deflect.
    When the oil return pipe of the injector leaks oil, it should be checked and repaired in time, and the oil return pipe must not be blocked, otherwise the back pressure of the needle valve will increase, which will destroy the injection law and affect the normal combustion of fuel.
    Appropriate fuel injection pressure is a necessary condition to ensure the quality of fuel atomization. If the fuel injection pressure is too low, the range is short, the penetration is small, the atomization quality is poor, and the combustion is incomplete; Early wear and tear. When adjusting, the oil return pipe joint should be removed, and the adjusting screw should be turned to adjust to the specified pressure (such as 18.5-19.0MPa for Dongfeng EQZD14o diesel vehicles, and 23-25MPa for Iveco diesel vehicles). When the plunger pair of the fuel injection pump and the oil outlet valve pair are slightly worn, the fuel injection pressure is allowed to be 0.5-1.oMPa lower than the standard value to improve the atomization quality.
