After the injection hole is impacted, the needle valve and the valve seat may not be tightly sealed due to uneven force, and grinding treatment is required for this. The grinding method is: apply some fine grinding paste on the sealing surface of the injection needle of the needle valve and the valve seat, carefully insert the needle valve into the valve seat, cover the cloth with hand pliers, clamp the needle valve handle, and then pinch it with your hands. Valve seat, apply a little pressure, and grind backwards and forwards for about 30 seconds. Finally, after cleaning the abrasive paste thoroughly, it can be assembled.
Injection pressure is too high or too low
If the injector pressure is too high or too low, the diesel engine will not work well.
