The grinding method is: apply some fine grinding paste on the sealing surface of the injection needle of the needle valve and the valve seat, carefully insert the needle valve into the valve seat, cover the cloth with hand pliers, clamp the needle valve handle, and then pinch it with your hands. Valve seat, apply a little pressure, and grind backwards and forwards for about 30 seconds. Finally, after cleaning the abrasive paste thoroughly, it can be assembled.
Injection pressure is too high or too low
If the injector pressure is too high or too low, the diesel engine will not work well. If the fuel injection pressure is adjusted too high, it will easily cause the plunger of the fuel injection pump and the fuel injector to wear early, increase the leakage loss of diesel oil, and sometimes cause the high pressure fuel pipe to burst. , the spray cone angle and the range of the oil beam are reduced, the atomization quality is deteriorated, and oil dripping is prone to occur. Causes of too high fuel injection pressure: The D needle valve is stuck or stuck in the needle valve body. @Pressure adjustment spring pressure is too large. 3 Nozzles are clogged.
