After disassembling the 6 injectors of the engine, it was found that the 1, 3, and 56 cylinders had oil leakage to varying degrees, and 136 was particularly obvious. , After disassembly, the water jacket of the three-cylinder fuel injector is full of diesel oil. The calibration pressure of this group of injectors is all within 140+10kgf/cm. It can be seen that the above symptoms are caused by the injection pressure of the injector being too low, the fuel atomization is poor, the oil mist particles become thicker, and the oil drips or even flows. , single-cylinder or multi-cylinder fuel injector couples drip a lot of oil, and the liquid fuel leaks into the crankcase through the side clearance of the cylinder liner and piston ring, causing the oil level to rise or even fill up during normal inspections and dynamics. ruler. At the same time, the fuel injection pressure is too low, resulting in poorly atomized fuel, shortened range and unable to penetrate the entire combustion chamber, resulting in poor mixing of fuel and air in the cylinder, resulting in black smoke from the exhaust of the diesel engine, increased carbon deposits in the cylinder, and difficulty in starting the engine.
