    Denso’s latest generation of common rail injector technology In 2015, Denso applied its new generation of G4S common rail system on Mazda CX3, Toyota Hilux and other models, and at the same time matched G4S with closed-loop control system iart on some high-end models common rail system. This fuel injector has changed the structure of the previous fuel injector, and adopted a sunken solenoid valve, a three-way valve and other structures to significantly reduce the fuel return of the fuel injector and improve the fuel injection accuracy.     Traditional fuel injectors reduce or increase the pressure of the control chamber by controlling the flow of fluid flowing into and out of the control chamber, thereby controlling the lifting and closing of the needle valve. The high-pressure side and the low-pressure side are connected to each other during operation, and a part of the fuel flows directly from the high-pressure side to the low-pressure side and is wasted. The G4S uses an outlet orifice to cut off the connection between the high pressure side and the low pressure side, achieving the purpose of no static oil return and greatly reducing dynamic oil return. At the same time benefiting from the substantial reduction in oil return volume, its oil return temperature is also significantly lower than that of G3S injectors (the oil return temperature of G4S at 300 MPa is 20% lower than that of G3S at 200 MPa). Therefore, the problem of increased oil return due to the decrease of dynamic viscosity due to the increase of temperature is solved
