The fuel injector should be checked and adjusted every 700 hours or so. The fuel injection pressure difference must be less than 1Mpa. Then do the oil seal test, that is, the fuel injection pressure reaches 18Mpa and let it drop to 17Mpa by itself. The oil return time is not less than 10 to be qualified. During the test, diesel oil is not allowed to flow down from the body or the head of the oiler is wet. In order to make the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder by the fuel injector burn completely in time. The oil supply time of the oil pump must be checked regularly. The oil supply time is too early. The vehicle will have trouble starting due to difficulty and cylinder knocking. The fuel supply time is too late, which will cause black smoke from the steam, excessive engine temperature, and increased fuel consumption.
The matching accuracy of the injector needle valve couple is extremely high. And the hole diameter of the injection hole is very small, so the clean whole oil of the specified brand must be selected strictly in accordance with the regulations of the committee. Otherwise, the oiler will not work properly. When refueling, avoid mixing with rain or snow, and avoid refueling in a dusty environment. The diesel filter should be maintained on time, and the precipitated oil in the filter and fuel tank should be discharged frequently to prevent the intrusion of gray sand impurities and the wear of the needle valve assembly.
