Causes of fuel nozzle damage
1. Random disassembly. The processing and assembly accuracy of the fuel nozzle assembly is very strict, unless it is absolutely necessary, it cannot be disassembled at will. Removing and installing once can shorten the service life by dozens or even hundreds of hours. In addition, due to improper disassembly and installation, there may be bumps, dirt, scratches or even deformation, which will deteriorate its performance and reduce its service life. 2. Improper cleaning. The fuel nozzle parts are mixed with other parts for cleaning, causing bumps and scratches on the working surface of the parts: using unclean cleaning fluid, or even assembling without cleaning: the new parts are easily contaminated with anti-rust oil if they are not thoroughly cleaned Impurity abrasive, increased wear or seizure. 3 Improper assembly. In order to prevent oil leakage, the tight cap of the fuel nozzle is over-tightened, so that the fuel nozzle is subjected to excessive pressure and deformed. The matching accuracy is destroyed, and the even parts are damaged due to the movement being blocked. 4 The fuel injection pressure is improperly adjusted. When replacing the fuel nozzle or adjusting the fuel injection pressure, if the fuel injection pressure is too low or too high, the service life of the fuel nozzle parts will be shortened, especially when the fuel injection pressure is too high, the fuel nozzle will be damaged. The wear of even parts is intensified. 5 Fuel quality is poor. If inferior fuel is used, its lubricating performance, sealing performance and viscosity cannot meet the requirements of use, which will cause a large amount of carbon deposits and other faults on the fuel nozzle. In addition, wrong practices such as unpurified fuel, damage to the fuel filter device, or removal of the filter element will shorten the service life of the fuel nozzle assembly.
