Bosch Group is reorganizing the automotive and intelligent transportation technology business. After the reorganization, the business will be renamed “Bosch Intelligent Transportation Business” and continue to belong to Bosch Group. At the same time, a business board of directors was established to be independently responsible for business operations. In terms of organizational structure, the business scope of some business divisions will be adjusted from January 1, 2024, and all business divisions will also be assigned horizontal and cross-departmental responsibilities.
