    The high-pressure diesel pump is called the "heart of the diesel engine" and is the most important component in the diesel engine fuel supply system. Its fundamental function is to provide high-pressure diesel to the injector regularly and quantitatively. Whether the high-pressure diesel pump of the diesel engine is working properly is critical to the overall diesel engine. Operation has a vital impact.
    The reason why the diesel engine cannot start is that the low-pressure diesel circuit cannot supply diesel to the high-pressure diesel pump:
    1. There is air in the diesel circuit, which prevents fuel from entering the oil supply chamber of the high-pressure diesel pump. This is a normal phenomenon for diesel engines that have been left for a long time. The solution is to loosen the bleed screw of the high-pressure diesel pump and remove it by hand. The diesel pump delivers diesel to the high-pressure diesel pump, removes all the air, and then tightens the bleed screw. If it does not work, you can first loosen the diesel pipe joint of the filter to bleed the air, and then use the bleed screw to bleed the air;
    2. The low-pressure diesel circuit is blocked by cold, causing the low-pressure diesel chamber of the high-pressure diesel pump to be diesel-free. The main parts of the blockage include the diesel inlet filter screen of the diesel transfer pump and the filter element. The reason for the cold blockage is dirt, which is a normal change in technical conditions. , if found, it should be removed or replaced immediately;
    3. The low-pressure diesel pump cannot supply diesel to the high-pressure diesel pump. The piston of the diesel pump is severely worn or damaged, and the spring or other parts are damaged. This failure phenomenon can be caused. Find out the cause and replace it;
    4. The diesel pipeline that supplies diesel to the high-pressure diesel pump or its connecting parts leaks seriously. Check whether the diesel pipe joints are loose and whether the diesel pipes are damaged. Loose ones must be tightened, and damaged ones must be replaced.
