The sealing effect of the injector needle valve is mainly guaranteed by the sealing ring surface located on the cone surface of the needle valve. During the working process of the injector, the sealing cone surface of the needle valve body is frequently and violently impacted by the needle valve. At the same time, the impurities in the diesel oil are continuously washed away by the high-pressure oil flow to form nicks or spots on the cone surface, which will easily lead to a decrease in sealing performance, and further Cause the injector to drip.
      The dripping of the fuel injector will lead to the formation of carbon deposits at the nozzle holes and even blockage of the nozzle holes, increasing the fuel consumption of the diesel engine, and irregular crackling sounds in the cylinder. To this end, you can disassemble the injector, apply a small amount of abrasive paste such as chromium oxide on the cone surface of the needle valve for grinding, then soak it in 80C diesel oil, wash it, and reassemble it for testing.
