    Diesel engine fuel injector structure and working principle

    The axial piston pump with traditional triangular groove plate can not completely eliminate the pressure pulsation caused by the commutation in the transition zone, and will produce obvious flow backflow phenomenon due to the influence of throttling. In the absence of subversive design of cylinder block or valve plate, a pressure control reciprocating valve structure is proposed to be connected in series between each plunger cavity, so as to buffer the pressure pulsation in the transition zone, reduce the vibration in the transition zone, and eliminate the triangular groove structure of the valve plate, so as to reduce the flow backflow. Given the diameter and other parameters of the reciprocating valve, it is found through simulation that the pressure pulsation generated by the structure in the transition zone is only 2.5%, which can effectively reduce the pressure pulsation of the axial piston pump in the process of high and low pressure transition zone compared with the triangular groove valve plate.

    In order to effectively improve the performance of the plunger rubber collector used in logging, the optimization method of structural parameters of the plunger rubber collector was studied. Firstly, a finite deformation mechanism model of elastomeric elastomeric expansion was established, and the relationship between internal pressure and principal elongation of elastomeric elastomeric expansion was analyzed. Then, based on the finite deformation mechanism of rubber elastic parts, the fluid-structure coupling simulation model is constructed, and the influencing factors of rubber elastic parts are determined: the thickness, axial length and hardness of rubber elastic parts. Further, with the performance of rubber elastic parts and the volume of internal liquid as optimization objectives, a double hidden layer BP network model was established to optimize and solve the structural parameters of rubber elastic parts, and the optimal structural parameter combination of rubber elastic parts was obtained: hardness 43HA, thickness 4mm and axial length 25 cm, the optimized rubber elastic makes the overall performance of the rubber collector greatly improved, its flow performance increased by 57.69%6, the injection port pressure decreased by 20%, the liquid volume in the rubber elastic increased by 25%, the maximum prediction error of the BP parameter optimization model of the double hidden layer is only 7%6, the error rate is low, and the data fitting degree is better. Provide theoretical support for the subsequent optimization design.
