Under the guidance of Professor Li Wenhui from the Research Institute of Power Device Electronic Control Technology, School of Power and Energy Engineering, Harbin Engineering University, the team determined the matching selection of tens of thousands of components through in-depth research. In order to ensure the reliability of the system hardware platform design, combined with hardware design optimization technology, the team completed the design of the electronic control system hardware platform based on 100% domestic components through repeated testing, modification, and optimization. At the same time, based on artificial intelligence optimization and advanced control algorithms, they independently developed the electronic control system software. It took more than a year to realize a localized integrated electronic control system with functions such as real-time monitoring of diesel engine performance status, fault diagnosis and isolation, and automatic speed adjustment.

The electronic control system has completely independent intellectual property rights. It can not only realize real-time monitoring of more than ten operating conditions of marine diesel engines, including speed, fuel consumption, exhaust temperature, etc.; it can also independently adjust engine speed indicators according to working conditions to ensure marine diesel engines Stable and safe operation.
